FLOWER POWER

I haven't submitted anything in a while, so I thought it would be a good way to start off the year by submitting something new. This particular character is of royalty and has an affinity for flowers. FLOWER POWER YEAH! I think I will name her Petyl (pronounced pet-al). Uhhh, I'm a little unsatisfied with this character design actually. I feel like something is missing (but I tend to over clutter, so...) or I'm not happy with something that's there (namely the shoes...). Mmm, but I love the palette choices I made (despite my aversion to certain shades of purple...)~~ Teehee, well enjoy her.
